Here’s a Summary of What the Job Entails:
- Identify Prospects: Research and identify potential clients who can benefit from our analytics services and products. This involves understanding their business needs, pain points, and industry trends.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to target key industries. Create sales plans and set realistic sales targets to meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects, clients, and key stakeholders. Develop a deep understanding of their business objectives and establish trust as a valued partner.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct needs assessments and provide tailored solutions to clients, positioning our analytics services and products as a strategic advantage. Effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of our offerings.
- Proposal Creation: Collaborate with the technical and product teams to create compelling proposals and presentations that address client requirements and demonstrate the value of our analytics solutions.
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with clients, addressing any concerns or objections, and work towards closing deals. Ensure that contracts and agreements are drafted and executed accurately.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ offerings. Identify new market opportunities, emerging technologies, and potential partnership opportunities to drive business growth.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to align sales efforts, share market insights, and drive customer satisfaction.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, pipeline reports, and activity logs. Provide regular sales forecasts and progress reports to management.
What’s on Your CV,

Equally essential are exceptionally high standards, confident personality with a desire to do great work while functioning in a multitasking, fast paced, deadline driven environment. You are a listener and get energized by building long-term relationships with your prospects and clients. You have a proven track record in a similar position for at least 5 years, preferably within the publishing industry. You are fluent in English. Any additional language is a big plus.
