You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our ICT security and network infrastructure. You’ll drive projects that ensure a reliable, secure, and high-performance environment, enabling our teams to excel across departments. Your contributions will directly influence the efficiency, security, and overall success of our organization.

Your role includes.

In this temporary assignment (1 year) as Project Manager, you are responsible for managing various ICT security-related projects:

• You register and define the requirements and expectations of stakeholders/clients;
• You are able to manage and supervise several projects simultaneously;
• You are responsible for co-building and implementing the security vision;
• Thanks to your strong communication skills, you are seen as the technical point of contact;
• You organise regular steerco's, keeping an eye on:
  • Planning
  • Budget
  • Necessary decisions
  • Risks/problems and mitigation
  • Communication to stakeholders

We work in a hybrid setup. Your team includes colleagues that work in different entities across Hasselt, Antwerp, Amsterdam and Ireland. We expect you to work from the office two days a week (that could either be Hasselt or Antwerp). Our hybrid working policy allows you to work from home the rest of your time.

You have an agile mindset (by a proven track record), an exceptional ability to listen and understand customer needs, and a knack for translating these into actionable plans. If you are a natural organizer you can keep complex projects moving forward. Thanks to your affinity for IT infrastructure, you have a strong understanding of a broad range of ICT security, identity management and related topics.
