As part of our international technology organisation, you'll help accelerate AI tools adoption across Mediahuis. From newsrooms and B2B teams to support functions and corporate departments, you'll help colleagues understand which tools to use, how to use them and how AI tools can create tangible value in their daily work.

Your role includes
You'll continuously explore the rapidly evolving AI landscape and translate new developments into practical opportunities for Mediahuis colleagues.
You'll work closely with stakeholders across Belgium, the Netherlands and the wider Mediahuis group. Together with colleagues who capture business needs and opportunities, you'll help translate those needs into practical solutions and ensure the right tools are available and widely adopted throughout the organisation.
You'll help shape and manage the portfolio of AI tools available within the organisation, including solutions such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, Claude and other emerging technologies. You'll assess new products, test capabilities and advise on how these tools can best support different teams and business domains.
You'll support workshops, demos and training initiatives, contribute to internal communication and collaborate with colleagues responsible for learning and enablement to help increase AI literacy across the organisation.
Together with teams across the group, you'll help ensure that new developments are quickly translated into value and that colleagues feel confident using AI tools in their daily work.
What makes you a great fit?
What's on your CV is important, but it is by no means the only thing we attach importance to. We're looking for someone who combines curiosity, ownership and a hands-on mindset. You communicate fluently in Dutch and English and feel comfortable collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders across the wider Mediahuis group, including Belgium, the Netherlands and occasionally Luxembourg, Germany and Ireland. You are naturally curious about AI and technology and enjoy experimenting with new products and features. You quickly understand how tools work and get energy from sharing your knowledge and inspiring others. You have already gained some professional experience within product management, training, sales, consulting or a similar environment where connecting people and solutions played an important role.
Most importantly, you have a strong affinity with end-user AI tools and enjoy exploring solutions such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT and other emerging technologies. Experience with Gemini, NotebookLM or similar tools is considered a plus. Above all, you're someone who enjoys making things happen and helping others embrace change.
What's about to become your second home?
You'll join TPS, the international technology organisation of Mediahuis. You'll collaborate closely with colleagues across multiple teams and countries, including specialists focusing on AI products, platforms and adoption. Experimentation, collaboration and knowledge sharing are key ingredients of the culture.
Your home base can be Antwerp or Amsterdam. We work according to a hybrid model with two days per week spent in the office. Flexibility to travel occasionally within Europe is expected. Colleagues based in Amsterdam are expected to spend approximately two days per month in Antwerp to collaborate with the wider team.
