Your impact.
You will play a key role in the Group Delivery Office enabling high-quality portfolio insights (covering Transformation & Product Development), investment alignment and delivery cadence. This role ensures senior stakeholders have clear, timely insights into progress, risks, priorities and investment value.

Your role includes.
- You will work with all stakeholders to drive and support the transition to outcome‑based portfolio management, focusing on strategic outcomes and value delivered
- You provide clear visibility of portfolio investment across initiatives & products, helping connect technology investment decisions to business priorities and value outcomes
- You facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication, ensuring all are informed, aligned, and supported in decision-making
- You support the coordination and oversight of the IT portfolio, ensuring initiatives remain aligned and on-track
- You enable effective portfolio governance through structured reporting, decision forums and portfolio rhythms
- You support continuous improvement in governance, capability, and future‑ready ways of working through AI-enabled practices
Location: We work in a flexible hybrid model, with an expectation of two on-site days per week in the Mediahuis location that suits you best. As you will work with colleagues across TPS, occasional travel to other Mediahuis offices will be required.
What makes you a great fit?
What’s on your CV is important, but it is by no means the only thing we value. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across TPS. Fluency in English is therefore required. You bring a combination of stakeholder engagement and communication expertise, underpinned by strong product thinking, enabling effective collaboration to deliver on TPS’s shared objectives. Experience in IT portfolio management, PMO, and programme and/or project management will give you a strong foundation.
