Here’s a Summary of What the Job Entails: 

As a project manager, your goal is pretty straightforward: You will be managing several complex projects simultaneously.

• You will align the work for multiple teams and facilitate a wide range of workshops and events such as Steerco meetings, Business Reviews, Retrospectives,…;
• For each project, you will develop a realistic roadmap in order to deliver the project but you embrace uncertainty and change and take this into account;
• You will work closely together with the product owners and will act as servant leader to make sure the (project) team(s) can focus on delivering the value to the business stakeholders/users;
• You maintain a top-of-mind presence with external parties, ensuring that business objectives remain prioritized;
• You are not afraid to deep dive into the content of the project.

Mediahuis' International IT & data department, in our Publishing Domain. More specifically you will be working on our Paper-App and Planning Tool, in close collaboration with our business stakeholders, our technology partners and internal product teams. 

What’s on Your CV,

is important but is by no means the only thing we attach importance to. Your proactive attitude and ability to facilitate teams in their agile way of working are of even greater importance. We do expect you to have the right experience however, so that you can feel perfectly at home in your new job:

• You have at least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager within an Agile environment;
• You are familiar with various Project Management Methodologies;
• You have experience in the selection of new platforms (RFI/RFP process);
• You see it as a challenge to work in a rapidly changing international environment;
• You’re not worried about rolling up your sleeves in order to get things moving. You thereby always put the importance of cooperation, synergy and quality first.
